petitions Common Prayer: Writ Petitions - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.8/2019/A1, dated 03.05.2019 and quash the same as illegal.

respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.8/2019/A1, dated 03.05.2019 and quash the same as illegal.
2.After arguing for some time, Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners makes submission that he wants to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file an intra Court appeal against the order passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.23628/18 dated 28.11.2018 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is recorded. By recording the said submission and giving such liberty, which is always vest with the petitioners to prefer intra Court appeal against the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
