ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the first accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in crime No.602 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 13.10.2014, the accused Nos.3 and 4 have murdered the deceased to take vengeance.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even according to the prosecution, the accused Nos.3 and 4 have attacked the deceased with Aruval and this petitioner is implicated as one of the conspirator of the offence.

4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner, in pursuance of the conspiracy with other accused, had brought the deceased to the scene of occurrence and further, the petitioner is having 11 previous cases to his credit.

5. Considering the above said facts, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
