O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] With regard to the complaint given by the petitioner regarding action to be initiated against the illegalities committed by the respondents 4 & 5, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that already the employee concerned has been placed under suspension and disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against him.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 & 5 would submit that the respondents 4 & 5 are ready and willing to cancel the
objectionable sale deeds.
3. It is for the respondents 3 to 5 to do all the necessary things to set right the illegalities and it is for the authority concerned to consider the allegations independently based on its own merits and in accordance with the disciplinary rules.
4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
