Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are attempting to put up a threshing floor in Survey No.590/3 in Karisalkulam Village.

3. Today, it is clarified by the learned Special Government Pleader that the construction will come up only in Survey No.590/2. This clarification given by the respondents is placed on record. Survey No.590/2 is referred to as "ej;jKk; CuzpAk;". It appears that there is also a Urani. While putting up a threshing floor, Urani portion shall not be touched.

4. Restraining the respondents from putting up any construction in Survey No.590/3, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 01.03.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
