This criminal original petition has been filed to provide the police protection to measure and put the fence in the petitioner's property in Natham Survey No.204/5 an extent of 2 1⁄2 of cents in Illanchavur Village, Iruthayapuram, Thirumayam (Tk), Pudukottai District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to measure the property in question through a representation dated 21.03.2015.

Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
