ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's cheque signing power has been withdrawn but proper notice has not been given. On this sole ground, the impugned proceedings are set aside. Liberty is given to the first respondent to issue proper notice and thereafter pass an order on merits and in accordance with law. With this liberty to the first respondent, the impugned proceedings is quashed.

3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 29.02.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No MGA Note: Issue order copy on 01.03.2024.
