3. The petitioner himself admits that a complaint which was lodged as against the petitioner, was registered in Crime No.224 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 355 and 506(ii) I.P.C. It is further stated that the petitioner has obtained Anticipatory Bail.
