2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned in this petition as the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karikudi. This Court had earlier granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.3100 of 2026 dated 16.02.2026. However, in the said order copy, the Satisfaction Court was mentioned as the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, whereas the correct Satisfaction Court is the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to make the necessary correction in the said order and to reissue the corrected order copy.
3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is modified para 6 of the order as follows:- '' 6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy was made ready and on further conditions that:
4. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 16.02.2026 in Crl.OP(MD).No.3100 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy to 1/3
the learned counsel for the petitioners.
5.Further, Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties before the concerned court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
