ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct the Peace Committee Meeting at the second respondent's office on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2019 for conducting the 10th day Mandagapadi, scheduled to be held on 20.05.2019, in Sri Kamatchiyamman Temple, situated at Keezha Panaiyur Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents and states that already steps have been taken to conduct the Peace Committee Meeting in respect of the 10th day Mandagapadi, in Sri Kamatchiyamman Temple. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submission made on the side of the respondents that steps have been taken to conduct the Peace committee Meeting, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Therefore, recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
