This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's compliant dated 16.03.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint on 16.03.2018 to the respondents stating that the proposed accused trespassed into the petitioner's house and threatened him to pay Rs.1,00,000/- and also to pay exorbitant interest for the debt amount, which has already been repaid. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the complaint made by the petitioner on 16.03.2018 and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent shall proceed further in accordance with law.
