O R D E R

As against the order passed in I.A.No.68 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.196 of 2007, an appeal in R.C.A.No.18 of 2015 was filed and the same was dismissed for non-prosecution on 08.04.2018. To restore the above appeal, the petitioner filed an interlocutory application. Seeking direction to number the said application, this Civil Revision Petition is filed.

2.Today(03.01.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that pending this Civil Revision Petition, the proceedings in main R.C.O.P.No.196 of 2007 itself was disposed of by the trial Court and therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his 2/4

objections in the appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
