ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Melur, for disposal of I.A.No.514 of 2019 in O.S.No.140 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai, within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the grievance of the petitioner and the fact that the suit is pending for more than 23 years, the petitioner's request for early disposal appears to be reasonable. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif, Melur, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.514 of 2019 in O.S.No.140 of 2005 within four weeks from the date of completion of service and expedite the trial and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the suit is restored.
