3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/writ petitioners, now state that pursuant to the direction given by a Division Bench of this Court in a batch of cases in W.A(MD)No.347of 2020 etc.,batch dated 2/4

20.04.2023, the Government had issued G.O.(Ms)No.127, School Education (Pa.Ka7(1) Department, dated 12.07.2023, conceding to the request of the writ petitioners. Pursuant to the said Government Order, the respondents/writ petitioners are granted relief in their favour.

4. Recording the same, these writ appeals are closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
