ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6335 of 2015, who is arrayed as the accused and the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7316 of 2015, who are arrayed as A2 and A4, in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.02.2015 and 02.04.2015 respectively, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and it was altered into Section 304(B) of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused married the daughter of the de-facto complainant 1 1⁄2 years prior to the occurrence and due to quarrel between them, on 05.02.2015 the deceased died by self immolation.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the de-facto https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complainant has not alleged about the dowry harassment and due to matrimonial dispute, she committed suicide by depression.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the RDO enquiry reveals that the deceased was subject to cruelty on the dowry demand. He further submits that the major part of the investigation is over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 20/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
