ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.18 of 2017, on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Thiruppuvanam Police Station, Sivagangai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the parties have already entered into a compromise and this Court quashed the proceedings in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11832 of 2018.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
