(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.2814 and 2815 of 2018, dated 22.02.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
