This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the first respondent as against the petitioner and the same has been forwarded to All Women Police Station, Samayanallur and the same is pending for enquiry. He would further submit that the enquiry will be completed within fifteen days.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to issue direction to the respondent police.
4.Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to instruct the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Samayanallur, to dispose of
the petitioner's complaint, within a period of fifteen days, in accordance with law and on merits.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
