ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the Inspector of Police, registered the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.77 of 2021 and after conducting enquiry closed the same.

3.A perusal of the records filed by the official respondents, 1/3

shows that no notice was issued to the present petitioner before closing C.S.R.No.77 of 2021 and therefore, the third respondent is directed to once again issue summons to the present petitioner and the fourth respondent and pass appropriate orders based on findings and on merits. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the police in this regard.

4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
