This petition is filed to transfer the investigation of the case in crime No.212 of 2013 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

the investigation in crime No.212 of 2013 from the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the respondent police filed charge sheet, which was taken on file in P.R.C. And the same was committed to sessions and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.154 of 2018 and the case is posted for hearing before the learned Mahila Judge, Tuticorin and hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
