Prayer in Crl.A(MD).No.828 of 2022:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14 A(2) of the SC/ST Act 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016 to call for records relating to the impugned order dated 15/11/2022 made in Crl.MP.No.2965 of 2022 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR Act Cases), Madurai and to set aside the same and consequently release the appellant on bail connection with the FIR in Crime No.52 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

ORDER:- This Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Duraipandi , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar , Government Advocate(Cr.Side) for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.828 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.09 of 2023.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.828 of 2022 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court concerned on receipt of summons.
