ORDER

According to the petitioners, the petitioners have been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there is no case or petition pending against the petitioners before the respondents 2 and 3.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
