ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the plaintiff in a suit for partition seeking expeditious disposal of O.S.No.244 of 2018 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti.

2. A perusal of the B-Diary extract indicates that the trial has already begun and it is posted for cross-examination of P.W.1

3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending for the past 5 years, District Munsif , Kovilpatti is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2023 after giving due opportunity to both the parties.

4. With the said direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
