PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue rectified Field Measurement Book (FMB) for petitioner's land Survey No.25 situated at Panaikulam Village, Alagankulam Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District to petitioner by considering the representation dated 05.02.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah For Respondents : Mr.C.Ramesh Special Government Pleader

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue rectified Field Measurement Book (FMB) for the land in S.No.25 situated at Panaikulam Village, Alagankulam Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District to the petitioner. 2.According to the petitioner, with the relief sought for in the prayer, though she made a representation dated 05.02.2020 to the respondents, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2020, would be duly considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In the light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.4811 of 2020 consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of this order along with such representation.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
