O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members without any complaint.

2. It is stated by the petitioner that the earlier complaint was enquired by the second respondent and the same was closed. It is further stated that subsequently, the same complainant has once again lodged a complaint and the same was forwarded to the second respondent Police by the Deputy Superintendant of Police. It is further stated that only on the basis of the subsequent complaint, the petitioner and her family members are being harassed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry

was conducted by the second respondent pursuant to the complaint that was forwarded to the second respondent and that the same was also closed on 04.10.2017 as the de facto complainant has not cooperated. He further submitted that there is no question of harassment and no further enquiry is contemplated.
