This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in P.R.C.No.45 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial, the case was ended in acquittal on 28.05.2015. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
