This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner and his family members to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side),would submit that in this case, after enquiry, a case in Crime No.16 of 2017 was registered under Section 385 I.P.C., against the petitioner.

5.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and since the case was registered against the petitioner, the prayer sought for in this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not at all maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
