RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the period of time for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.10960 of 2020 dt.7.10.2020.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KRISHNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10960 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted bail with usual conditions. The petitioners further submitted that wife of the first petitioner and mother of second and third petitioners and the mother-in-law of the fourth petitioner has passed away, hence they are unable to execute sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2348 of 2021 concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted and if the petitioners fail to comply with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioners and proceed in accordance with law. Further the condition directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
