ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.38/2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same against the petitioners / accused No.1 to 4.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation in this crime number has already been completed and the final report was filed before the Magistrate concerned through E.filing within the time stipulated as per rules.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
