When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Miscellaneous petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9654 of 2016 since the petitioner was died. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Miscellaneous petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 9654 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.In view of the dismissal of the petition in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9654 of 2016, this Criminal Revision case is rejected at S.R. stage itself.
