*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, namely, Arunadevi, D/o.Late.Jeyamurugan, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenu, namely, Arunadevi, D/o.Late.Jeyamurugan, aged about 20 years, was produced before this Court. On enquiry, she informed that she married the third respondent herein, but, the marriage is to be registered. 3. In those circumstances, recording the above position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
