This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner, by Judgment dated 20.07.2023, made in Spl.S.C.No.22 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
