Order :This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.VEERAKATHIRAVAN, Senior Counsel for M/s.VEERA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.7756/2020 in Crl.A.(MD).No.385/2020,dated 23.12.

2020, whereunder, this Court has passed an order suspending the sentence of imprisonment alone and the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on first working day of every month at 10.30 am, pending appeal.

2. Today (ie., 24.03.2021) When the above matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
