O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Ramanathapuram, to consider the recall petition to be filed by the petitioner for recalling the non-bailable warrant made against him in Spl.C.C.No.185 of 2009, on the very same day itself. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this court, dated 06.02.2017, the petitioner has paid cost of Rs.3,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench, on 10.02.2017 and produced the receipt before this court.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the above facts, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Ramanathapuram, on or before 10.03.2017 and if he filed any recall petition, for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

recalling NBW in connection with Spl.S.C.No.185 of 2009, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of the recall application purely on merits and in accordance with law, on the same day itself.
