This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to put up a fresh barbed fence at the re-encroached places in the property situated Marudhur South Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District in SF.No.56512F2, 565/2G2, for 396 sq. ft. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within the stipulated period that may be prescribed by this Court.

2. It is seen that this Court had granted interim police protection to the petitioner till 03.02.2016. There appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the impleaded respondents/2 to 5. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
