ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2018 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is running a business in the name of Suresh Enterprises. The petitioner has ordered for 500 LED tube lights from the proposed accused. Even after the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the proposed accused, he has not sent the goods. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent. Since no action has been taken, the present petition is filed by the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that enquiry was conducted and closed as the dispute is purely civil in nature.
