The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the second respondent. It appears that the third respondent herein had given a complaint against the petitioners. The third respondent is none other than the wife of the first petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate states that since this is a matrimonial issue, the matter is being enquired into. 3.I make it clear that the petitioners will not be called upon to attend the enquiry for more than six times. If the second respondent intends to register any First Information Report against the petitioners herein, the petitioners will be given notice so that the petitioners will have sufficient breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
