This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.115 of 2024 dated 03.03.2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that already they completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Karur and the same is pending for taking cognizance. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.The prayer of the petitioner is to quash the FIR in Crime No.115 of 2024. It is stated that the first respondent filed final report after elaborate investigation. In the FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offence 2/5

and now, charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. 4.In view of the same, preserving the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 04.03.2025 Index : Yes / No MR 3/5
