The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order of suspension of Customs Broker's Licence in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.4704 of 2020 C.No.VIII/13/04/2010 - CHAL, dated 19.02.2020 passed by the first respondent under Regulation 16(1) of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Ms.Parkavi, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Saravanan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, would state that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
