No.1105 of 2026 dated 27.01.2026 and pass such further or other orders ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1105 of 2026 dated 27.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
