O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.19 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 307 of IPC.

2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to quash the charge sheet against him. Further, perusal of the charge sheet would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the charge sheet and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, considering the year of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, is directed to dispose of the case, within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
