This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.
3. It appears that a complaint has been lodged by the second respondent and others as against the petitioner for cheating them by giving a false promise to secure Government job.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) also produced another complaint from one Jeyaprakash, making similar allegations against the petitioner, who had allegedly received an amount from the complainant under the promise to secure job. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. From the nature of the allegations found in the complaint,
the petitioner is shown as the main accused to pretend herself as a person capable of getting Government job.
6. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, except observing that the first respondent shall register the complaint and proceed further in accordance with law. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
