ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to change the investigation officer not below the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of Police and file a final report in Crime No.97 of 2019 of Ponnamaravathy Police Station. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advoate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Ponnamaravathy Police Station, after concluding investigation in Crime No.97 of 2019, has made the referred charge sheet ready and the same would be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) filed by the second respondent, he can approach the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate and file a protest petition, if so advised.
