ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.403 of 2010 on the file of the respondent/Inspector of Police, B1, Melur Police Station, Madurai, before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Though the complaint was lodged in the year 2010 for the offences under Sections 451, 353, 323 and Section 3 of T.N.P.P.D.L. Act, it is stated that no further progress or investigation.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent has examined several witnesses and that the investigation is nearing completion. It is further stated that final report will be filed within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is allowed. The respondent is directed to file final report in

Crime No.403 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
