This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection for Gramiya (Karagattam) program to perform in "Thiruvizha", scheduled to be held on 06.05.2018 at Arulmigu Sri Kamatchiamman Thirukovil at Idayakattanur Village, Vaiyampatti Post, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation on 03.04.2018 with the aforesaid prayer. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation made by the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

5.Considering the above submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner is also directed to furnish the representation of the petitioner along with the copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
