ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.272 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in P.R.C.No.11 of 2026 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C/193(9) BNSS, 2023, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed, if so advised.
