This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the same has been closed and since the enquiry has been closed, the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
