O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned summons dated 06.12.2024 issued by the respondent and enquiry arising out the said summon and directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of conducting enquiry without resorting to due process of law.
2.According to the petitioner, without registering any FIR, the respondent Police issued the impugned summon. Therefore, the same has to be quashed.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by on Shalini Antris, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and issued summons, dated 06.12.2024 and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

4.Since the summon dated 06.12.2024 is issued for the appearance of the petitioner on a particular date and the time lapsed and the main complaint itself was already closed, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
