The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the rejection order of the second respondent dated 24.03.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission and protection for Adal Padal program perform in "Urchava Thiruvizha" scheduled to be held on 25.04.2018 at 08.00pm., to 12.00pm, at Arulmigu Sri Mantahi Mariamman Thirukovil at K.Pudur, Nagamalaipudukkottai, Madurai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent Superintendent of Police, Madurai District, has already given permission to conduct the aforesaid cultural programme and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
