ORDER

The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the third respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) produced a copy of the closure report, from which, it is seen that the fourth respondent herein had lodged a complaint against the petitioners and after enquiry, based on the undertaking of the parties, the matter was closed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4320 of 2020 there is a possibility of revival of the said complaint. In that event, if the third respondent wants to enquire the petitioners, formal summons in writing will be sent. If the third respondent registers any FIR against the petitioners, the petitioners will be duly intimated, so that, the petitioners will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 4.With this direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
