2. Mr.C.Susikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to financial crisis the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 07.03.2025, to comply the order, dated 29.11.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20928 of 2024.
